Kris is responsible for developing the Waterhouse product line and company sales. Kris works directly with buyers throughout the sales and construction process. As the on-site "builder-owner", he ensures the finished home is built as the buyer has contracted. His interaction with the buyer allows him to translate the buyers' requests into new designs and products. He is also available to the buyer throughout the construction process from field inspections during construction, through the final walkthrough and closing. His direct involvement helps the buyer have the confidence that a Waterhouse home will be built as specified and delivered within the time frame promised.

Kris graduated from Bryant College. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Connecticut, and has been building homes for over 15 years. He is a volunteer youth soccer coach in his local community.

Marty holds a MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a MA in Public Policy from Trinity College.

Marty has served in a variety of elected and appointed positions within state and local government, most recently in his community as Chairman of the Charter Revision Commission, and Vice-Chairman of the Conservation Commission.
